39 Festivale Internationale de la BD
Angouleme was so much fun!! It was amazing to see comics treated so differently than in the US… where the whole comic scene is a strange subculture associated with things like “nerds” “geeks” etc. Here in Europe it’s a family thing, it’s an everyone thing. kouyukki: I am in a magical place right now, sitting in a medieval cave with magical wifi and just in awe of the fact that I’m here. That I finally made it. Bonjour, Lacoste! You are beautiful and so much more magnificent than I was told.  The town is built on the side of a mountain, and it’s obvious. The streets are all stonework, the building made almost entirely of limestone and wood....
